At Jukebox, we want you to feel as confident in your skincare as you do in your own rhythm. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened products and store credit for gently used items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your beauty items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our studio.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
